What is Quick Ask?
Quick Ask lets you submit a written legal question (up to 1,000 characters). The advocate responds in writing within 24 hours. If they don't respond, you get a full refund.
What is Live Chat?
Live Chat is a real-time text session with an advocate. Choose 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The timer starts when both parties send their first message. Unused time is refunded proportionally.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for Quick Ask (no response in 24hrs) and Live Chat (unused time) are processed automatically. For other issues, contact support via email or the contact form.
Are the advocates verified?
Yes. Every advocate on NyaySetu submits their Bar Council credentials. Our team reviews these before any advocate is listed as verified and available for consultation.
Is my consultation private?
Yes. All consultations are between you and the advocate you chose. NyaySetu staff do not read consultation content.
How do I become an advocate on NyaySetu?
Visit the For Advocates page, complete registration with your Bar Council details, and upload your verification documents. Verification takes 2–3 working days.
