How does NyaySetu work?
You send a request for free. We choose a verified advocate for the work and send you one clear quote — the advocate fee and our service fee, shown separately. You pay only if you accept, and you can follow every step on your request page.
Can I choose my advocate?
You can request a specific advocate from their profile. Otherwise we choose a verified advocate who handles this kind of work.
Payments and refunds
When do I pay?
Only when you accept the quote, before work starts.
What if the work is not completed?
We first assign another verified advocate. If that is not possible, you get a full refund, including our service fee. See the refund policy.
Your request page
How do I know what is happening?
Every step is added to your request page with the date, and we message you on SMS and email each time.
My document will not open
WhatsApp or call us and we will send it again on priority.
Advocates and NyaySetu
Is NyaySetu a law firm?
No. NyaySetu does not give legal advice. The legal work is done by independent advocates enrolled with the Bar Council.
Why can't I see advocate photos?
Bar Council of India rules. You will see your advocate's photo on your request once they are assigned.
