Serious matters

Bail, FIR, divorce, custody and accident claims: we connect you directly with the client and you agree your fee with them. NyaySetu charges nobody for this.

Bar Council rules, built in

Your profile is a passive listing, not an advertisement. Your photo is shown only to clients you are assigned to. NyaySetu never solicits work on your behalf.

Who can join?

Advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council and practising in Uttarakhand.

Can I choose which requests I take?

Yes. You can decline any request; we then offer it to another advocate.

Do I talk to the client?

For most requests our team speaks to the client and passes questions on. For serious matters you deal with the client directly.

What happens if a client disputes the work?

The client has 48 hours after delivery to raise a problem. We look at it with you and agree the next step.
