About NyaySetu Law
NyaySetu Law is an online service in Uttarakhand that gets everyday legal work done for you by verified advocates. You post a request, we match an advocate and send you a quote, and you track every step until the work is delivered.
Who we are
We run the request: matching, the quote, payment, updates and delivery. The legal work is done by independent advocates enrolled with the Bar Council. For serious matters like bail, FIR, divorce, custody or accident claims, we connect you directly with an advocate; NyaySetu charges nothing for this, and you agree the fee with the advocate. We were founded in March 2026 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Registration and legitimacy
NyaySetu Law operates as a registered sole proprietorship under the Government of India's Udyam Registration scheme (Ministry of MSME). Our entity registration is publicly verifiable.

What we are not
NyaySetu Law is a private technology platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of India, the Ministry of Law and Justice, or the "Nyaya Setu" legal aid service operated by the Government of India. The Government of India's "Nyaya Setu" is a separate, free AI legal aid service launched in January 2026; NyaySetu Law is an independent private business and has no relationship with it.
NyaySetu Law is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. All legal advice and legal work are provided by the advocates in their independent professional capacity, not by NyaySetu Law. If the work isn't done, we first assign another verified advocate; if that isn't possible, you get a full refund, including our service fee.
No advocate-client relationship is created between any user and NyaySetu Law. Communications through NyaySetu, including request forms and messages or calls with our team, are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and are not protected by advocate-client privilege.
